Volkswagen Up!Volkswagen unveiled its up! mini car at the Frankfurt Motor Show last month. Later at the Tokyo Auto Show, they will show a small five-door mini-van like vehicle based on the up!. And in November right here in Los Angeles, we shall see a plug-in version of the up! The up!, which is only 11.3 feet long, and has low carbon emissions for the non electric model. It is unclear if it will be an all electric or a plug-in hybrid.
