UK To Install 250 New Public Charging Stations
The United Kingdom will be getting more electric car friendly soon, will the availability of 250 new public charging stations by next Spring. Electricity producer EDF is teaming up with manufacturer Elektromotive to install charing stations in London, Brighton, and Sheffield. Fees will be determined by local governments.
You may be wondering, why install new stations when there is a lack of electric cars? Well like us here in the U.S., no major automaker has an electric car available in England right now, but smaller companies such as Reva, have smaller electric cars that cannot be purchased in the U.S., but in England.
