The Japan Post Group has announced that they want their delivery cars to be all electric as soon as possible. Major Japanese auto makers such as Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Nissan all have plans for electric cars to be available in 2010. The Post also said that they will start testing hybrid vehicles.
